Lead Outreach & Follow-Up Execution. Conduct cold and warm calls to inbound and outbound leads. . Perform consistent follow-up via phone, email, and SMS. . Ensure timely responses to all new inquiries. . Maintain strong call volume and outreach activity daily. . Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting. Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria. . Schedule closing appointments for the senior sales team. . Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates. . Ensure smooth hand-offs to closers. . CRM & Pipeline Management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. . Log call notes, lead status updates, and follow-up tasks consistently. . Manage pipeline stages to prevent stagnation. . Ensure no follow-up opportunity is missed. . Team Coordination & Reporting. Coordinate with senior sales team on appointment schedules and lead hand-offs. . Provide daily or weekly reporting on outreach activity and pipeline metrics. . Flag issues or lead quality concerns proactively. . Must-Have Experience & Skills. Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting. . Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence. . High level of resilience and comfort handling objections. . Fluent English communication skills (Spanish bilingual strongly preferred). .
