Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and cloud-based services.. . Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems when necessary.. . Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.. . Build and maintain trustful relationships with the user community.. . Assist in configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS), and mobile devices (iOS, Android).. . Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and educate users to prevent recurring issues.. . Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours alerts . . University or college diploma in IT, Computer Systems, or a related discipline.. . 1–3 years of experience providing end-user support, ideally in a Google Workspace environment.. .
