Leasing Coordinator & Social Media at ReWorks Solutions. Position: Leasing Coordinator & Social Media Specialist. Job Type: Full-Time, Remote. Hours: US hours (9am-5pm EST). Key Responsibilities:. Social Media Management. Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (posting, scheduling, and engagement). . Create and publish content to promote available units, property updates, and community highlights. . Respond to social media inquiries and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. . Monitor engagement and assist in developing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. . Leasing Coordination. Assist with marketing available rental units across various platforms. . Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information to prospective tenants. . Schedule and coordinate property viewings. . Support the leasing process by collecting applications and maintaining leasing records. . Tenant Coordination. Serve as a point of contact for tenant questions and general communication. . Maintain positive relationships with tenants and ensure timely responses to requests. . Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and communicating updates to tenants. . Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. . Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). . Customer service or tenant relations experience preferred. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. . Basic administrative and computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools). . Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach. . Company Location: South Africa.
