You'll also take the lead in safe metal powder handling and champion a safety-first culture by proactively identifying and eliminating hazards.. You will drive transformative improvements in manufacturing, optimizing machine performance and workflows through innovative operational procedures. Collaboration is key, as you'll work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to exceed project goals and set new standards for component excellence. Additionally, you will implement robust inventory and quality management procedures, redefining our manufacturing execution success.. *Due to the requirements of our customers and the nature of this position, candidates must be a United States Citizen.*. *Must be willing to relocate.
