Manager, Health Solutions at Vitality Group International, Inc.. The Manager, Health Solutions is a senior, client facing role responsible for owning, growing, and retaining strategic health plan relationships. The role partners closely with health plans to understand their business objectives, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and ensure successful implementations and long term account performance.. This position serves as a key stakeholder across the full health plan lifecycle, from pre sale consultation and implementation through ongoing account management, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate. The Manager, Health Solutions owns overall account strategy and manages one direct report.. Own and manage strategic health plan relationships, serving as the primary point of accountability and trusted advisor.. Develop and execute account strategies aligned to health plan goals, performance targets, retention, and growth objectives.. Proactively identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and innovation within existing health plans, while surfacing risks and mitigation strategies.. Act as a key stakeholder during health plan implementations, ensuring alignment between client expectations, internal teams, and operational execution.. Partner closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Operations teams to support new and renewing opportunities and deliver strong client outcomes.. Translate health plan feedback, performance insights, and market needs into actionable recommendations for internal teams.. Drive ongoing engagement, performance reviews, and retention strategies for live accounts.. Share best practices and learnings across health plan accounts to improve scalability and outcomes.. Manage one direct report.. Other duties as assigned. . *If local to Chicago you will be expected to come into the Chicago office two days a week, if not local to Chicago you will be fully remote. . Pay Range = $95,000 - $120,000. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Significant experience in account management, client strategy, or relationship ownership. Ability to articulate client population health objectives to operational and business management audiences. Familiarity with implementation technology/processes and project management. Proven ability to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts. Experience translating data and performance insights into client facing recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  . Preferred. Experience supporting or leading health plan implementations. Strong understanding of U.S. health plans and healthcare system operations. Direct experience working for or closely with a health plan organization. Exposure to health engagement, wellness, or benefits related programs. Advanced Excel or reporting skills. Company Location: United States.
