You'll be instrumental in expanding the firm's global client base, representing a trusted brand known for its rigorous search methodology and commitment to excellence.. Key Responsibilities. Drive business development strategy across multiple international markets, identifying high-value opportunities within sectors such as Life Sciences, Industrial, and Supply Chain. Lead outreach to C-suite executives, senior HR leaders, and board-level stakeholders to pitch retained executive search services. Build, grow, and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Design and deliver tailored search proposals aligned with complex business and talent needs. Represent the firm in high-stakes presentations, negotiations, and global industry conversations. Collaborate closely with internal research and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Maintain high-quality reporting on business development pipeline, metrics, and revenue targets. Provide market intelligence and strategic input to influence growth initiatives and positioning in key regions. Qualifications and Experience. 5+ years’ experience in senior-level business development within . executive search and  international recruitment. Demonstrable success in securing retained and exclusive mandates with global or multinational clients. Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers. Strong understanding of executive hiring trends and challenges across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Previous experience working in a high-trust, autonomous environment with clear accountability for commercial outcomes. Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and digital outreach tools.
