Responsibilities. . Assist Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing all inquiries related to bookings and travel services.. . Provide detailed information about accommodation options, booking processes, and travel policies.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.. . Stay updated on current promotions, travel trends, and company policies to advise customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.. .
