Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless application experience throughout the hiring process.. . Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the selection process and enhance candidate experience.. . Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and ideas for improving talents support strategies.. . Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills in the recruitment field.. . Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus but not required..
