Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain points.. . Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions.. . Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels.. . Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders.. . Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process.. . Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release.. . Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.. . Work across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards.. . Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System.. . . . Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications.. . Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in design systems.. . Proven B2B product design background.. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.. . Comfortable working in close collaboration with development teams.. . Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to QA.. . Based in EMEA or LATAM time zones.. .
