Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Media & Entertainment sector.. . Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.. . Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.. . Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients for long-term engagement.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) is essential.. . Proven experience in a customer service or support role.. . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.. .
