We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Banking in the United States.. We are seeking a dynamic product manager to lead the development of core banking and money-movement experiences for a fast-growing consumer financial platform. In this role, you will own initiatives across checking, savings, overdraft, card management, funding, and account linking. You will translate complex banking and regulatory requirements into simple, reliable, and customer-friendly flows that drive engagement, trust, and growth. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact at scale. Accountabilities. . Own and ship core banking features across checking, savings, overdraft, and card products.. . Optimize funding and activation flows, including KYC, first funding, and first-use milestones.. . Increase direct deposit adoption and reliability, supporting early pay and employer switching.. . Simplify account linking with robust fallback and recovery processes.. . Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, compliance, and support teams.. . Translate banking and regulatory rules into clear product specifications and seamless customer experiences.. . Track and improve key metrics such as card activation, direct deposit adoption, link success, overdraft usage, dispute timing, and fraud/loss rates.. . . 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer fintech or banking products, with experience in deposit, overdraft, card issuing, or money movement strongly preferred.. . Strong technical knowledge of core banking systems, issuing processors, ledgers, ACH/NACHA flows, dispute/chargeback workflows, funds availability, and KYC/AML concepts.. . Proven ability to execute regulated, risk-sensitive features at scale with measurable impact.. . Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, operations, risk, compliance, and support.. . Bias for action, accountability, and excellent communication in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.. . Nice to Haves:. .
