Accountabilities. . Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing consultative guidance on YouTube and digital marketing campaigns.. . Develop and execute full 360° media plans, leveraging proprietary tools and platforms for campaign strategy and optimization.. . Lead campaign kick-offs, set expectations, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries.. . Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and renewals.. . Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively addressing issues and suggesting optimization strategies.. . Prepare campaign reports, conduct quarterly business reviews, and ensure accurate revenue tracking in Salesforce.. . Collaborate with Product teams to enhance platforms and improve campaign performance.. . Stay up to date on industry trends, sharing insights and recommendations to improve processes and offerings.. . . . 2+ years of experience in YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, or programmatic buying.. . Client-facing experience with both agencies and brands.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.. . Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with presentation experience.. . Advanced Excel skills, including calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.. .
