Conduct audits of current ad performance to identify inefficiencies and missed opportunities. . Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. . Strategize and test full-funnel ad campaigns — from cold to retargeting. . Build compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the design team. . Monitor performance with a laser focus on CPQL, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and lead-to-client conversion. . Analyze and report campaign data, turning numbers into . actionable growth plans. . . Own media budget allocations and pacing across multiple offers and funnels. . Run A/B testing of creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages. . Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. .
