This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) operations, responsible for overseeing fintech partnerships across their entire lifecycle—from onboarding to sunsetting. You’ll be the key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, including fintech founders, executives, and C-suite decision-makers. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, managing projects with precision, and enhancing the client experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Drive the full lifecycle of BaaS partnerships, including onboarding, program oversight, and sunsetting.. . Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, managing deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking.. . Support the development and refinement of governance materials and frameworks related to program management.. . Create and manage reporting on partnership health, onboarding status, dependencies, and roadblocks.. . Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans with executive leadership and key stakeholders.. . Evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.. . Build tactical, scalable solutions to manage compliance workflows and risk monitoring.. . Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact partners or internal operations.. . Collaborate cross-functionally across compliance, legal, product, and operations to deliver program success.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. . At least 3 years of experience in project or program management.. . Minimum of 2 years in financial services, fintech, or a related industry.. . Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external clients.. . Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment; comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.. .
