Drive the full lifecycle of BaaS partnerships, including onboarding, program oversight, and sunsetting.. . Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, managing deliverables, timelines, and progress tracking.. . Support the development and refinement of governance materials and frameworks related to program management.. . Create and manage reporting on partnership health, onboarding status, dependencies, and roadblocks.. . Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans with executive leadership and key stakeholders.. . Evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.. . Build tactical, scalable solutions to manage compliance workflows and risk monitoring.. . Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact partners or internal operations.. . Collaborate cross-functionally across compliance, legal, product, and operations to deliver program success.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. .
