This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and mobilizing community members for events and fundraising initiatives. You will engage volunteers, team captains, and fundraisers to maximize participation and retention, ensuring events run smoothly and successfully. Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work closely with local and national teams to deliver high-quality outreach and support. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to foster relationships across diverse communities. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required during peak event periods. You will play a vital role in creating engaging experiences that drive community involvement and mission success.. . Accountabilities. . Conduct outreach to volunteers, fundraisers, and team captains via phone, text, and email to increase engagement and retention.. . Support kickoff events, re-recruitment efforts, call blitzes, national incentive challenges, and post-event follow-ups.. . Collaborate with local market leads to coordinate assigned tasks and provide timely follow-up notes.. . Assist with volunteer mobilization and fundraising activation to meet event goals.. . Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and provide feedback to the community engagement team.. . Ensure high-quality constituent experiences while adhering to organizational standards and policies.. . . Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.. . 2+ years of relevant work experience, including administrative, fundraising, special events, or volunteer management; peer-to-peer fundraising experience preferred.. . Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation ability.. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.. . Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook); database experience preferred (e.g., Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or Luminate).. . Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to recruit, manage, and motivate volunteers.. . Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.. . Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak seasons, including occasional nights or weekends.. . Company Location: United States.
