Working closely with multiple departments and senior leadership, you will help drive continuous improvement and optimize digital marketing performance in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Develop, maintain, and analyze performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau) and monitor digital metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform marketing strategies.. . Lead marketing research activities, including surveys, brand tracking, customer satisfaction studies, and segmentation analysis.. . Manage campaign analysis by benchmarking results, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.. . Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to create customer personas and segmentation models that support effective marketing campaigns.. . Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and support reporting efforts.. .
