Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with the last 2 years in global talent acquisition.. . Proven experience in hiring across multiple regions and markets. . At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.. . Advanced sourcing strategy knowledge tailored to regional and role-specific needs.. . Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-based sourcing tools.. . Fluent in English (B2–C1).. . Required Professional Skills:. .
