In this role, you will drive actions to analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional processes, ensuring we have sustainable, high-performing operational foundations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.. Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes. . . Identify, assess, optimize and document core business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.. . Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, to promote ongoing learning and optimization.. . . . Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks. . . Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.. . Ensure frameworks remain relevant through regular review and iteration. . . . Audit & Compliance Support. . Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored. .. . .  . . Support Performance Tracking & Reporting. . Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed, data-driven decision-making.. .  . . Support Change and Project Management. . Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.. . . 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, . preferably within the IT or software industry.. . . Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools. (like e.g. A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System). . . Strong facilitation and collaboration skills. to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders. . Proven ability to . simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions. . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . . High attention to detail with a . continuous improvement mindset. . . Nice to Have. . Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. .
