We're seeking a passionate Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience designing intuitive, user-centered B2B software solutions. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to create exceptional user experiences that solve real business problems for our customers.. You'll Do:. . Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation. . Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications. . Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences. . Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform. . Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points. . Analyze user behavior data and feedback to inform design decisions. . Create user personas and journey maps to guide product development. . Work closely with customer success teams to gather insights from existing users. . Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of designs. . Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership. . Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions. . Establish and iterate on design processes and workflows. . Maintain design documentation and asset libraries. . Stay current with B2B SaaS design trends and best practices. . Contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization. . You Have:. . 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software. . Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and successful product launches. . Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. . Experience with prototyping tools and basic understanding of front-end development constraints. . Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques. . Understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design. . Excellent communication and presentation skills. . Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). . Bonus Points For:. . Experience working at early-stage startups or fast-growing companies. .
