As a member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries, providing them with the necessary information and support in Portuguese.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, service options, and warranty details.. . Assist customers with their account management, including service bookings and inquiries about maintenance.. . Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer questions and issues.. . Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Previous customer service experience, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred.. .
