Assist customers with their account management, including service bookings and inquiries about maintenance.. . Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer questions and issues.. . Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.. . .
