Key Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding technical assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.. . Effectively document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.. . Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide knowledgeable support.. . Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.. . . Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.. .
