Lead 5–7 client accounts (mostly DTC eCommerce) from kick-off through quarterly strategy reviews . . Be the client’s trusted partner: anticipate needs, answer questions, and deliver insights they didn’t even know they wanted. . Coordinate flawlessly with copywriters, designers, and tech strategists. Your team’s success is your success. . Audit Klaviyo campaigns, QA every asset, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. . Track performance and prepare simple reports with insights, not just numbers. . Who You Are:. . You’ve got at least 1+ years of experience managing clients or projects — agency or e-commerce background? Even better.. . You write and speak English fluently and know how to communicate clearly and confidently. . You take initiative, and you don’t need someone chasing you to get things done. . . You’re quick to learn new platforms like  Klaviyo, or are already a wizard or wizardess in Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace — or you learn fast. . You’re available to work between 10 and 2 pm, or 3 pm and 7 pm CET time, with some flexibility for occasional PST morning USA calls. . Bonus If:. . You’ve written copy, built creative briefs, or helped shape email strategy before. . You’re comfortable navigating data — you know how to spot what’s working (and what’s not), and you can communicate that clearly to both creative and non-technical teammates.. .
