Job Summary. We’re searching for a . Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative (SDR). to take ownership of the entire sales funnel—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging C-level decision-makers, qualifying their needs, and guiding them through tailored IT solutions. This is an ideal role for someone with strong outbound sales experience and a proven ability to close in the B2B tech space.. Key Responsibilities. Identify, research, and prospect new outbound leads across targeted industries (IT, SaaS, cloud services, etc.) . Own the full sales cycle: cold outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing . Engage with senior decision-makers and IT stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn . Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) . Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor outreach and value propositions . Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals closed. 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in tech or IT services . Proven success in full-cycle roles—must be confident both booking and closing deals . Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise-level clients . Comfortable using CRMs, sales enablement tools, and email automation platforms . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to hit targets and grow within the company . Previous experience working remotely with international teams is a plus. Company Location: Philippines.
