In this role, you will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where design plays a key role in shaping intuitive, impactful products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create seamless user experiences that simplify complex workflows. From early concepting through production, you will bring ideas to life through research, prototyping, and polished execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence core product areas, strengthen design culture, and deliver solutions that directly improve customers’ work.. Accountabilities. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions from concept to delivery.. . Contribute to all stages of the design process, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity designs in Figma.. . Conduct and participate in user research, transforming insights into actionable design improvements.. . Iterate quickly based on design reviews, feedback, and usability testing results.. . Partner with engineering to ensure design consistency and quality during development.. . Support and promote design best practices, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the team.. . . 3–5 years of experience in product design, with proven success from concept to launch.. . Strong expertise in Figma, with a keen eye for detail and design precision.. . Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and usability testing methodologies.. . Experience with enterprise or vertical SaaS products preferred.. . Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain design concepts to varied audiences.. . Ability to travel up to six times per year for team meetings and customer visits.. . Proficiency with AI tools for synthesis, ideation, and prototyping.. . Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with the commercial trades or construction, basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience with tools like Dovetail, UserVoice, or Jira.. .
