Design end-to-end, mobile-first user experiences that enhance collaboration between brands and creators. . . Partner with product managers and engineers to explore concepts, validate hypotheses, and build high-impact features. . . Create detailed UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction flows. . . Lead user testing efforts and use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions. . . Ensure consistent design across platforms using a robust design system maintained in collaboration with developers. . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-quality implementation across web and mobile. . . Measure the success of design initiatives and iterate to continuously improve the user experience. . . Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture within the team.. . . 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products with a strong focus on mobile UX.. . Proficiency in user-centered design practices, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals.. . Strong visual design skills and the ability to create consistent experiences across multiple platforms.. . Experience leading complex projects in agile, fast-paced environments.. .
