YOU WILL . . Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-departmental projects with global or regional scope.. . Facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders and ensure clear communication at every project phase.. . Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.. . Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.. . Lead status meetings, prepare reporting materials, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.. . Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with internal PMO standards.. . Support process improvements, operational efficiency, and digital transformation efforts.. . . 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an international or matrix organization.. . Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business functions.. . Proven track record of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.. . Hands-on experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint).. . Fluency in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.. . PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a strong asset.. . Previous experience in a commercial role (e.g. sales, marketing, business development) is a strong plus.. . Willingness to travel for business purposes (approx. 20%) is required.. .
