Conduct regular compliance assessments of agents and agencies using a tiered monitoring system.. . Monitor complaint and allegation rates, identifying agents needing enhanced oversight or remediation.. . Perform quality assurance reviews on enrollment processes, customer interactions, and documentation.. . Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-compliance issues.. . Support agents during carrier audits and provide preparation assistance.. . Review and approve marketing materials to ensure CMS guideline adherence.. . Assist in training development, deliver remediation coaching, and maintain training records.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards and improve processes.. . . 3+ years experience in Medicare compliance, health insurance regulation, or a related field.. . Proven ability to train health agents or beneficiaries on Medicare topics.. . Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and quality assurance programs.. . Knowledge of CMS regulations, including marketing guidelines and enrollment procedures.. .
