Respond quickly to inbound creator inquiries . Prospect and engage creators through structured outbound campaigns . Maintain strong pipeline hygiene within HubSpot CRM . Multi-Channel Outreach. Execute daily outreach via:. Phone calls . Email campaigns . LinkedIn prospecting . WhatsApp communication . Creator Relationship Development. Build trust with TikTok creators and agencies . Conduct discovery calls to assess partnership fit . Guide prospects through onboarding readiness conversations . Clearly communicate and position the platform’s value . Sales Performance. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets . Maintain consistent follow-up across all prospects . Accurately track pipeline activity . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding . Social Commerce & eCommerce Engagement. Engage creators operating within TikTok Shop ecosystems . Build relationships with social commerce agencies and creator teams . Identify creators monetizing through affiliate storefronts or marketplace integrations . Support onboarding conversations tied to creator-led commerce opportunities . 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, SDR closer, or similar sales role . Strong written and spoken English communication skills . Experience managing both inbound and outbound pipelines . Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM . Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Comfortable communicating with prospects via WhatsApp . Ability to thrive in a high-volume outreach environment . Strongly Preferred. Experience within the eCommerce ecosystem . Exposure to TikTok Shop, creator storefronts, or social commerce platforms . Experience selling to creators, influencer agencies, or creator partnerships teams . Background working at TikTok Shop agencies or creator monetization platforms . Experience supporting affiliate or marketplace-based creator revenue programs . Ideal Candidate Profile.
