This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about public service and enjoy assisting citizens with their inquiries. You will be a key point of contact for the public, providing accurate information and support regarding various government services in Italian.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage inquiries from the public regarding government services, policies, and programs via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide accurate and timely information to citizens while ensuring a professional and friendly communication style.. . Assist in resolving issues and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.. . Collaborate with public sector teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Stay up-to-date on government initiatives and policies to provide relevant information.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the public sector or government services.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.. . Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and discretion.. .
