Translate high-level product goals into practical, scalable system architecture and implementation plans.. . Guide engineers through project execution, ensuring high-quality code and consistent architectural practices.. . Balance product demands with engineering trade-offs, simplifying healthcare complexity into intuitive digital experiences.. . Build rapid prototypes when needed and reinforce design patterns to manage system complexity.. . . 8+ years of experience in engineering roles using languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, or C.. .
