Build and maintain LMS (Plato) course shells . . Link grading rubrics and manage submission portals . . Track attendance, results entry, and ensure data accuracy . . Provide timetabling support and manage submission deadlines . . Finance & Operations. . Prepare and process invoices and contracts . . Coordinate flight bookings and expense processing . . Reconcile AMEX transactions . . General Administration & Customer Service. . Respond to internal/external queries via phone and email . . Support People & Culture and academic admin teams . . Ensure data accuracy in LMS, timetables, and academic records. . . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . High attention to detail and organisational skills. . Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). . Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. . High computer literacy — quick to learn new systems. . Experience with LMS platforms (Plato preferred but not required). . Familiarity with invoicing and financial reconciliation. . Previous experience in admin or academic support roles. .
