Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing QA and SDET teams across multiple squads. . Define and drive adoption of QA metrics and automation strategies that enhance product reliability. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure broad integration of quality best practices. . Guide the implementation of testing across all levels (unit, API, UI, performance, etc.). . Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership across the engineering organization. . Champion internal awareness of QA services and practices to drive greater adoption. . Support vendor management and outsourced QA functions when applicable. . . 12+ years of QA leadership experience with a proven record of building and managing matrixed teams. . Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance measurement. . Strong skills in defining and tracking quality KPIs and leveraging data for strategic decisions. . Experience testing SaaS applications within a microservices or service-oriented architecture. . Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and team-building capabilities. . Proven success leading quality transformation in Agile environments. . Ability to manage multiple QA initiatives across cross-functional teams simultaneously. .
