We are seeking a technically skilled and analytical GTM Applications Analyst to support and optimize sales technology platforms that drive business growth. In this role, you will manage the sales tool stack, ensuring effective usage, adoption, and alignment with GTM strategies. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and improve systems that enhance sales productivity and reporting. The position offers a dynamic and remote work environment, giving you the opportunity to shape the sales technology landscape while directly influencing business outcomes. You will also lead initiatives for tool governance, user training, and performance analysis, ensuring teams are empowered with the right technology and processes. Manage and optimize GTM sales applications, including configuration, user access, and permissions.. Monitor tool performance, identify improvements, and support the implementation of new sales technologies.. Lead governance initiatives, including audits, policy enforcement, and centralized tool inventory management.. Provide expert support and training for sales teams on tool usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.. Collaborate cross-functionally to document processes, address issues, and optimize sales operations workflows.. Create reports and dashboards to measure adoption, effectiveness, and impact on key GTM metrics.. Coordinate with vendors for contract management, performance evaluation, and renewal processes.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.. 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or GTM Operations, with a focus on sales technology.. Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Highspot, or similar platforms.. Strong understanding of GTM sales processes, metrics, and reporting.. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users effectively.. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting..
