In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support for clients using SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely within a multicultural and multilingual environment, collaborating closely with engineers and other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your work will involve gathering and analyzing complex technical data, maintaining knowledge of evolving products, and supporting customers’ network and cybersecurity needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, mentoring junior colleagues, and continuously improving support processes. Accountabilities:. Deliver technical support via calls, chats, and emails, addressing inquiries of varying complexity.. Gather and analyze technical information to resolve complex issues efficiently.. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and IT infrastructure.. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.. Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information.. Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher, both spoken and written).. Proven experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar IT role.. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.. Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPN, firewall, cloud networking, Amazon/Azure services).. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and ISP operations.. Customer-oriented, responsible, and proactive attitude.. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.. Plus: experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems, certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco, degree in Computer Science/IT, or familiarity with remote desktop/help desk software.. .
