This position is centered on direct clinical care and gives you the chance to help clients navigate stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns in a remote setting. The work includes therapy sessions, intake assessments, treatment planning, progress tracking, and maintaining complete clinical records.. Responsibilities:. Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients on a regular schedule . Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information . Create and update individualized treatment plans . Document all sessions and services accurately and on time . Track client progress and identify when care plans need to change . Provide clinical guidance and support based on client needs . Handle crisis situations according to established procedures . Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program . Active LCSW license in Massachusetts. Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting . Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills . Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms .
