Perform accurate and detailed takeoffs from blueprints and specifications, including: . . . Material quantities (e.g., concrete, lumber, steel). . Labor hours. . Equipment needs. . . . Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid) for takeoff and quantity calculations.. . . Estimate Preparation:. . . . Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects, including: . . . Residential. . Commercial. . Industrial. . . . . Analyze project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.. . Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.. . Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates.. . . . CRM Tool Utilization:. . . . Effectively utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor project progress.. . Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve estimating accuracy.. . . Experience with construction estimating software (Square Takeoff).
