Salesforce Business Analyst. to support the client’s Salesforce platform by gathering requirements, performing analysis, assisting with configuration, and ensuring quality through testing and validation. This role acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, helping to translate business needs into actionable user stories and system enhancements. In addition to core business analysis, the analyst will play an active role in functional testing and light configuration to support the ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Salesforce environment.. Responsibilities:. . Lead the elicitation, documentation, and refinement of business and functional requirements for Salesforce enhancements, bug fixes, and O&M requests.. . Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile development teams.. . Partner with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure user stories are fully understood and successfully implemented.. . Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions.. . Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.. . Assist with Salesforce configuration such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports.. . Develop and maintain process flows, documentation, and training materials as required.. . Provide guidance and support to end users to enhance adoption and proper use of Salesforce.. . Location: . This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.. . 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms.. . Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, including backlog management and user story development.. . Hands-on experience in testing, including test plan creation and execution.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience supporting Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms. . Salesforce Administrator certification. . Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or Git for backlog and test case management. . Prior federal government project experience. . Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). . Exposure to Salesforce Flow, approval processes, or other declarative automation tools. . Clearance:. . US Citizenship. . Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. .
