Design, build, and scale LLM-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph. . . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define AI-driven features. . . Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance in production systems. . . Prototype quickly while also building for long-term scalability. . . Stay on top of emerging AI frameworks, techniques, and best practices. . . Key Technologies. . Python. . LangChain, LlamaIndex, DeepEval. . Docker, Kubernetes. . Graph Databases (Memgraph, Neo4j). . PostgreSQL. . OpenAI APIs, GPT-4. . LLMCompiler, ReAct, Adaptive RAG, GraphRAG Architectures. . . Python (must-have), 3+ years production ML/AI experience. . Strong LangChain & LangGraph expertise (LCEL, workflows, multi-agent systems, agent patterns like ReACT/plan-and-solve, RAG, advanced retrieval strategies). . Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), chunking strategies. . Production engineering: Pydantic models, JSON schema, streaming, error handling, performance optimization. . Evaluation: LangSmith, pass@k, BLEU/ROUGE, observability. . Bonus: Experience with complex agent orchestration/state machines, agentic RAG, human-in-the-loop, map-reduce patterns, custom evaluation datasets. . Company Location: Brazil.
