The Opportunity. We are seeking an experienced part time virtual Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will assume full ownership of our bookkeeping functions which are performed in Quickbooks Online.. Outcomes. . Categorize monthly expenses in QBO. . Close monthly and annual books on a cash basis. . Responsibilities. :. . You will be the driving force behind our pursuit of financial visibility as you create the foundation for accuracy through timely bookkeeping services. . Perform technical accounting tasks. . Prepare monthly reports, quarterly and annual reporting. . . Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred). . Expert in Quickbooks Online. . Minimum of 10 years experience in bookkeeping.. . Proven experience as a senior level bookkeeper, with a successful track record of providing accurate and timely services to clients.. . Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.. . Proficiency in debits, credits, and journal entries. . Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. . High aptitude with Computers and technology. .
