Responsibilities. . Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the insurance sector.. . Handle inquiries, complaints, and policy questions via phone, email, or chat.. . Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.. . Process claims and assist clients with the claims process.. . Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.. . Continuously improve knowledge of insurance products and services.. . Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and response times.. . . Fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism.. . Familiarity with insurance products and services is an advantage.. .
