About the Role. The role involves building and managing a strong pipeline of talent to support the company's needs. Responsibilities include supporting internal hiring efforts, such as sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings. The individual will ensure open roles are filled in line with growth plans, engage in outreach and screening processes to attract the right candidates, and improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth. Additionally, the role involves developing and refining people policies to enhance efficiency and scalability, improving people operations processes for a seamless team member experience, and enhancing the quality and volume of inbound candidates through sourcing and outreach. The individual will also build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture by promoting feedback, recognition, and professional growth.. About You. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken and written communication skills, operational excellence with a high volume of productivity, and strong attention to detail. They should have energy and drive, a hunger for self-improvement, and a desire to be around talented teammates. The candidate should be excited by a fast-paced, startup culture, have a talent for identifying process improvement opportunities, and possess strong emotional intelligence and people intuition. Experience with building or scaling hiring processes is essential, along with an interest in working in healthcare.
