Define and implement the global analytics and reporting strategy for Medical Affairs to support evidence generation, scientific engagement, and strategic planning.. . Build and execute scalable, forward-looking analytical capabilities, including dashboards and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.. . Lead the development of comprehensive impact reports to showcase the value of medical initiatives across stakeholder engagement, data dissemination, and evidence creation.. . Utilize advanced analytics techniques to interpret complex data sets and translate them into compelling insights for leadership.. . Serve as the Medical Affairs analytics expert, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and alignment with best practices.. . Partner with medical and cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Clinical, and Digital Strategy) to incorporate field data and maximize data utility.. . Lead the design and execution of reporting frameworks that support strategic decisions and foster continuous improvement.. . Deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred.. . Minimum 8 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical analytics, ideally with a focus on Medical Affairs.. . Strong track record in designing KPIs, dashboards, and insight-driven reports for medical functions.. . Expertise with medical datasets (e.g., RWE, clinical trials, EHR, scientific engagement).. . Deep understanding of data storytelling, strategic analytics, and regulatory compliance related to data usage.. . Advanced proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and Veeva CRM.. . Skilled communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.. .
