Conduct comprehensive remote physiotherapy assessments and treatment sessions via our digital platform, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Assess and diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, provide evidence-based treatment strategies, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs . Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including consultation notes and referrals, ensuring compliance with DCA policies and protocols, clinical governance and data protection standards. . Signposting patients to the most appropriate services or care settings . Work closely within a large, multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, ACPs and non-clinical professionals to provide integrated patient care. Adhere to DCA’s regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care in a digital healthcare environment . Implement provisions related to Mental Health Legislation (Mental Health Act 2007, Mental Capacity Act 2005) in accordance with legislative requirements, Codes of Practice, and national guidance. Identifying potential vulnerable patients, recognizing signs of abuse or neglect, and completing safeguarding referrals in accordance with local and national policies . Experience/Education. HCPC Registered Physiotherapist . Minimum of three years experience in Physiotherapy within an MSK service in Primary Care or General Practice, working at Level 7 or above . Completed FCP 1 & 2 accreditation. Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner qualification (. desirable. ) . Experience conducting remote patient assessments (phone and video) . Independent non-medical prescribing qualification (. Desirable). . Valid IR(ME)R certificate valid within the last 3 years . Knowledge and skills.
