Business Applications Consultant - Deltek Replicon at Infotek Consulting LLC. A Business Applications Consultant for Replicon has developed a specialization within a specific domain of expertise. The position requires the ability to work independently and in teams. Consultants are often responsible for completing parts of projects or activities as part of a team. They must also be client-oriented and able to explore sales activities. . A Consultant could specialize in multiple roles. These include, but are not limited to Time Tracking Systems, Workforce Management, and Payroll Processing. The consultant would be proactive, committed to mastering a new product, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.  This role requires a strong understanding of product functionality and ensuring effective integration.. General Responsibilities . . This is a customer-facing position. . Performance-based criteria . . o   Effectively express ideas and thoughts in multiple modes (written and verbal) . o   Exhibit good listening and comprehension skills . o   Write complex technical specification documents for system integrations. o   Maintains effective communication to ensure all impacted participants are informed . o   Ability to set and meet customer commitments and respond to customer needs on time . o   Uses time efficiently and able to integrate change smoothly when priorities change . o   Ability to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately . o   Gathers and analyzes information skillfully . o   Works well in a group problem-solving situation . o   Ability to develop and communicate alternative solutions to complex problems . o   Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness of proposed solutions with a focus on quality . o   Exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views . o   Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities . o   Meet or exceed the required billable utilization requirements as directed by the Manager . o   Record time worked daily . ·       Working with clients . o   Demonstrate basic knowledge of Replicon Core and add-on functionality . o   Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant. ·       Working within Infotek . o   Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and implementation templates . o   Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager . Required Experience/Skills. ·       Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent position. ·       Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic. ·       Aptitude in creative problem-solving. ·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills. ·       Able to lead full implementations and train others on basic, intermediate, and admin processes within the following Replicon modules or add-on applications with support. o   HCM: Payroll, Benefits, Time Collection, and Expense. o   WFM: Replicon and Polaris. ·       Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends if required . ·       The job is remote and may require some travel . Preferred Experience/Skills. ·       2+ years of experience with Deltek Replicon or another time tracking software. ·       Experience scoping integrations between multiple software platforms. ·       Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or government contracting.  . Education/Certifications. ·       BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. ·       Deltek Certified in the below areas or the ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role . o   A&F: General Ledger, Projects & Billing . o   HCM: Time Collection, Expense. o   Budgets: Resource Planning. Physical Requirements. ·       Consistently requires sitting or standing for a majority of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone. ·       Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties. ·       Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job related documents to carry out job duties. ·       Occasional overnight travel by land and/or air may be necessary.
