Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst at Trinetix. We’re looking for a Senior Clinical Informatics Analyst. This role will work closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve healthcare workflows, ensure data quality, and drive data-informed decision-making.. Requirements . 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and data structures. Experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech). Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and operational data. Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation. Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance). Nice-to-haves . Experience with clinical data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with interoperability platforms and integration tools. Experience working with population health or value-based care models. Background in nursing, medicine, or other clinical practice. Certifications in clinical informatics or healthcare IT. Experience in large-scale healthcare system implementations. Core Responsibilities. Analyze clinical workflows and healthcare processes to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, operations teams) to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements. Configure, implement, and support clinical information systems (EHR/EMR and related platforms). Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Support integration of clinical systems with other enterprise platforms. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for clinical data analysis. Provide insights to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training. About Us .
