Serve as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and use of advanced solutions.. . Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships by advising on integration, workflows, and best practices.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges; escalate to R&D where necessary.. . Lead strategic business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and support customer retention.. .
