We are seeking a Key Account Manager BeNeLux - Focus Netherlands to lead international market development and strengthen partnerships across the BeNeLux region. This role combines strategic account growth with hands-on market execution and offers the chance to play a central role in the company’s expansion journey. . Key Responsibilities. . Build and expand the international B2B business in the Netherlands and BeNeLux . . Strengthen key accounts within drugstores, grocery retail, and B2B platforms . . Prepare and deliver pitches, assortment proposals, and promotional strategies . . Lead annual meetings with partners independently and confidently . . Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams . . Analyse markets and competitors to identify new opportunities and partnerships . . Represent the company at trade fairs and customer meetings across Europe . . What We Are Looking For. . Several years of experience in international key account management in FMCG, beauty, health, or nutrition . . Strong understanding of the Dutch retail environment, especially drugstores or grocery retail . . Fluent in English and ideally in Dutch . . Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to building relationships and delivering impact . . Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems . . Company Location: Netherlands.
