We are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a growing healthcare operations team. In this role, you will manage and resolve insurance claims, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely reimbursement for services provided. You will work closely with practice teams to analyze claim data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. This position requires strong knowledge of payer guidelines, claim adjudication, and RCM workflows. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a problem solver, and capable of maintaining high-quality outcomes while meeting deadlines. Accountabilities. Manage assigned claims and perform follow-ups to resolve denials or unpaid balances according to established guidelines.. Ensure timely action on claims to prevent write-offs due to delays.. Handle contractual adjustments and write-off projects.. Review previous actions on claims to ensure proper resolution and communicate discrepancies to the Quality Team.. Identify opportunities to improve claim follow-up processes and recommend updates to standard operating procedures.. Attend trainings to stay updated on new tools, payer requirements, and workflow improvements.. Conduct self-audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and accurately resolve claims before escalation.. Perform additional project tasks as assigned by leadership.. . Minimum 2 years of experience in AR follow-ups (voice) within Physician RCM.. Strong knowledge of billing scrubbers, CH/Payer rejections, and RCM functions.. Proven track record of achieving high cash collection and resolution rates.. Familiarity with commercial and federal payers, basic coding concepts, and CARC codes.. Experience resolving Auto, WC, IPA, and other insurance claim types.. Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.. Ability to interact positively with team members, peers, and leadership.. Strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines and information security policies..
