As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be a key player within our Marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless execution across campaigns, tools, and workflows.. This role requires someone . hands-on and technically inclined,. capable of managing tools, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality execution across our digital properties.. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to maintain operational accuracy, improve marketing workflows, and support initiatives involving data, CRM automation, tool integrations, and AI-driven processes.. Responsibilities: . Manage and optimize MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.. Update and maintain the Azumo website (Webflow), ensuring content accuracy, proper functionality, and alignment with marketing initiatives.. Fix and optimize metadata, SEO tags, alt tags, and structured data (schema).. Execute and support marketing campaigns by setting up tracking, automation, and reporting.. Assist with CRM workflows, data cleanup, segmentation, and pipeline configuration inside HubSpot.. Support integrations between marketing, sales, and analytics tools.. Maintain clean documentation for processes, workflows, integrations, and platform configurations.. Assist in other marketing initiatives involving data analysis, dashboard support, or tool implementation.. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.. 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with a strong technical background.. Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.. Hands-on experience in Webflow (CMS, components, SEO fields, metadata, schema, basic HTML/CSS adjustments).. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.. Excellent written and spoken English.. Based in Latin America.. Company Location: Peru.
