We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Operations team and be the strategic backbone of our growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership members to shape how our sales team operates and functions, ensuring operational excellence across every stage of the sales cycle. From building scalable systems to driving accurate forecasting and ensuring our team has the tools, playbooks, and processes to win, you’ll be a key driver in helping Stitch grow.. What You’ll Do. . Lead comprehensive sales process optimization by designing and implementing our sales playbook, standardize procedures, build essential templates and collateral, and manage the contracting process, including SOW reviews and redline negotiations.. . Drive pipeline management excellence by maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot, automating pipeline health checks, and leading weekly strategic pipeline reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and deal progression.. . Orchestrate team organization and accountability by facilitating sales team meetings with strategic agendas, implementing seller accountability frameworks for individual selling plans, and ensuring consistent execution of sales methodologies.. . Own onboarding and enablement programs, designing comprehensive training programs and documentation to ensure all new hires and current team members are educated on our sales processes and tools.. . Provide strategic data analysis and reporting by establishing sales KPIs at both organizational and individual levels, delivering actionable sales metrics and insights, and using data to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.. . Identify patterns in deal flow and proactively recommend content or support needs to Marketing and leadership.. . Plan and execute our annual Sales Kick Off, aligning team energy and strategy with company goals.. . Identify and implement operational improvements by evaluating tools, processes, and methodologies that can enhance seller effectiveness and efficiency, staying ahead of industry best practices in sales operations.. .
